29 Belfairs - Fairfax Drive - Southend City Centre - Sutton Road - Garon Park

Due to Better Queensway works, buses that usually use Sutton Road or Southchurch Road will be on diversion after December 8. Buses on service 29 will use stop E at Southend Travel Centre towards Garon Park and Stop Y towards Belfairs. Stops between Southchurch Road and Guildford Road (and Greyhound Retail Park towards Garon Park) will NOT be served during this time, with Whitehouse Road served AFTER Southend TC when heading towards Belfairs.

Due to Better Queensway works, Sutton Road will be CLOSED from 04/02/26 until 18/05/26. Buses will divert via North/Central Avenues, Bournemouth Park Road, Southchurch Avenue, and Chancellor Road (Route 60 buses go in via York Road). Services will use Stop E at Southend Travel Centre (towards Garon Park (29)/Paglesham (60)) and Stop Y (29 towards Belfairs only). Stops between Southchurch Road (and Whitehouse Road on route 60) and Guildford Road (and Greyhound Retail Park towards Garon Park/Paglesham) will NOT be served.
